Welcome to Ruby's Kitchen, one of Toledo's only and BEST Soul Food Eateries. At Ruby's you can enjoy such aromatic dishes as baked chicken, ribs, catfish, Polish sausage Po'Boys, steaming bowls of soup, oxtails, okra, sweet potatoes, black-eyed peas, liver and onions, neck bones, pigs' feet, and peach cobbler.
My name is Ruby Butler, and I am on hand every day to ensure that the quality of the food and service meets the high quality you've come to expect from from Ruby's Kitchen. Many of our dishes are served up as daily specials - salmon patties on Tuesdays, pigs feet on Saturdays, greens on Sundays, and so on - while shrimp and fish, burgers, sandwiches, and dinner entrees are available anytime.
